Course Duration

Course Outcome

On successful completion of the all course requirements and assessments, Learners will be issued with:

  • Statement of Attainment issued by Workzone Training.
  • Department of infrastructure and Transport (DIT) is responsible for issuing TTM ID cards on completion.
  • All Non-Practitioner are not required to complete the post course assessment requirements.

All learners must be 16 years or older and will be required to provide photographic identification upon arriving for their course.

  • Refer to the relevant roles and categories Entry Requirements.
  • Ability to read, write, speak basic English.
  • Learners are required to be reaccredited every 3 years.

Learner Requirements

  • Have a valid Photo ID (i.e. Australian Driver’s Licence, Passport, or Proof of Age Card). This is mandatory for accredited courses.
  • Must have a valid USI to be issued the Statement of Attainment. All information regarding the USI is found at www.usi.gov.au

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Enclosed safety footwear, long pants, and long-sleeved shirts with hi-vis are required.
  • Other sites may have other requirements which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Failure to wear the correct PPE may prevent the participant from completing the practical training and/or assessment.

Consideration for Employment

While not required for the course, a valid driver’s license may be necessary for certain jobs after completion. Prospective students should consider this when planning their employment within the industry before enrolling.
